When does the clock start?
The assessment service clock begins only when the application is
complete and the relevant payment or authorised institutional
voucher has cleared.
Focused Revision
Revision timelines where formally invited
One focused revision review is included where GULFHE formally invites an applicant to address defined gaps in the original submission.
The invited revision must be submitted within 120 calendar days.

Payment Information
Individual and institutional payment arrangements
Individual Payment
Individual applicants pay the applicable fee for the recognition level selected as part of the final application and submission process.
Institutional Voucher
Where an approved institutional arrangement exists, an authorised voucher or agreed institutional payment method may be used instead of individual payment.
Tax & VAT
Any applicable tax or VAT must be displayed according to GULFHE's final approved tax position at the time of payment.
Fees, Refunds & Reapplication

Refund eligibility depends on the stage reached in the application and assessment process and is governed by the approved Applicant Terms, Fees & Refunds policy.
Refunds may be restricted once professional assessment has begun. If an invited revision remains unsuccessful, the application closes and any later submission is treated as a new application at the full applicable fee.
