Access the secure GULFHE account area. Your application, payment status and Fellowship progress will be linked to your account.
Confirm the recognition level you are applying for and select the principal professional pathway that best represents your contribution.
Provide information about your role, responsibilities, professional environment and the context in which your contribution and impact have developed.
The next stage brings together your reflective evidence, supporter information, declarations and applicable payment.
Present your claims against the relevant recognition framework and support them with focused, credible and appropriately attributable evidence.
Review Evidence Guidance →Provide the required supporter or verifier information so relevant claims can be independently corroborated where required by the application process.
Confirm the accuracy and authorship of your application, appropriate AI use, evidence permissions, confidentiality, conflicts and acceptance of the applicant terms.
Complete the applicable Fellowship fee or authorised institutional voucher before formally submitting the application.
Once your complete application and payment or institutional voucher are confirmed, the formal assessment process begins.
GULFHE checks that the application is complete and suitable to enter the professional assessment process.
Independent reviewers assess your evidence against the published requirements, with moderation and quality-assurance processes supporting consistency.
Receive a formal assessment decision based on the evidence submitted and the requirements of your recognition level.
Where the evidence is close to the required standard but specific gaps remain, GULFHE may formally invite one focused revision.
A revision is not an automatic second assessment. It is a focused opportunity offered where assessors identify defined gaps that may reasonably be addressed through a targeted response.
Successful recognition confirms that your submitted evidence has met the applicable Fellowship standard.
Receive your formal GULFHE Fellowship certificate for the recognition level awarded.
Receive a digital credential with a unique verification reference that can be checked through the GULFHE verification service.
Where available, recognised Fellows may choose whether their approved professional information appears in the public Fellowship directory.
Your Fellowship fee pays for the professional assessment, moderation and quality-assurance process. Recognition is awarded only when the submitted evidence meets the applicable published Fellowship standard.
