When does the assessment timeline begin? The service clock begins only when the application is complete and the applicable payment or institutional voucher has cleared.

Receive a formal assessment decision based on the evidence submitted and the requirements of your recognition level.

Focused Revision Where Invited

Where the evidence is close to the required standard but specific gaps remain, GULFHE may formally invite one focused revision.

A revision is not an automatic second assessment. It is a focused opportunity offered where assessors identify defined gaps that may reasonably be addressed through a targeted response.

Important: If an invited revision remains unsuccessful, the application closes. Any later application is treated as a new application and the full applicable fee is payable.
After Recognition

What successful applicants receive

Successful recognition confirms that your submitted evidence has met the applicable Fellowship standard.

Verifiable Digital Credential

Receive a digital credential with a unique verification reference that can be checked through the GULFHE verification service.

Optional Public Directory

Where available, recognised Fellows may choose whether their approved professional information appears in the public Fellowship directory.

Payment does not guarantee Fellowship recognition

Your Fellowship fee pays for the professional assessment, moderation and quality-assurance process. Recognition is awarded only when the submitted evidence meets the applicable published Fellowship standard.
